Privacy policy

The photos you bring us are family memories, not a data set. This page says plainly what we store, who touches it, and how to make us forget all of it.

FixFadeEffective July 24, 2026

01 · What we areThe short version

FixFade is a one-time-purchase AI photo restoration service. You upload a photograph, we repair it, and you download the result. There is no subscription and no advertising business behind it — we make money when you buy credits, not from your data. Your photos are used for exactly one thing: doing the restoration you asked for.

02 · What we storeUploads, results, and account details

To deliver the service we store:

If you use the free tier without an account, your uploads and results are stored the same way, tied to an anonymous identifier in your browser instead of an email address. Anonymous does not mean unprotected — the same rules on this page apply.

03 · Who processes your photosThird-party processors

The restoration itself runs on third-party AI infrastructure — currently fal.ai. Your photo is sent there solely to perform the restoration you requested, and for no other purpose.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we see only that a payment succeeded and which credit pack you bought.

04 · What we never doNo training, no selling

05 · DeletionMaking us forget

Email support@fixfade.com and we will delete your uploads, your results, and — if you like — your whole account. This applies to anonymous free-tier images too: tell us roughly when you uploaded and from where, and we will find and remove them.

06 · Changes & contactQuestions

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the effective date above and, for signed-in customers, say so by email. Anything unclear? Write to support@fixfade.com — a person reads it.
