Let’s get it sorted.
A missing credit, a photo still processing, or trouble signing in? Start here, or write to us with what happened.
01 · Your accountUse the same sign-in each time
Your credit balance belongs to your FixFade account and is shared between the website and iPhone app. If you already use FixFade on the web, choose Continue with FixFade in the app and sign in with the same Google account. The app also offers Sign in with Apple.
Apple sign-in and a Google-based FixFade account are not automatically combined. If your balance looks different, check which account you used for the purchase before buying again. Contact us if you need help identifying it.
Your app photo collection stays on that device. Signing in on a second device does not copy the local collection. Save photos and videos you want to keep to Photos or another location you control.
02 · CreditsOne balance for every tool
Choose Add credits whenever you need more. Every option adds to the same balance, and you do not need a previous purchase. Credits do not expire and purchases do not renew.
| Credits | One-time price |
|---|---|
| 25 credits | $19 |
| 75 credits | $39 |
| 200 credits | $89 |
The App Store displays the price in your storefront before you confirm an in-app purchase. Check the final price shown at checkout.
- Restore: 1 credit per paid restoration.
- Enhance: 1 credit per enhancement.
- Touch-up: 1 credit per edit.
- Animate: 5 credits per video, including restoration when starting with an original photo.
The free restoration allowance is shown separately. Buying credits does not start a photo edit: return to your selected photo and confirm the work you want to do. You can see all three options on the pricing page.
03 · PurchasesPaid, but the credits haven’t appeared?
A completed checkout and an updated balance can arrive at different times. FixFade adds credits after it verifies the transaction. Keep the original purchase confirmation and check the balance again while connected to the internet. Avoid buying again to resolve a pending purchase.
- On the website: return from Stripe to FixFade and allow the purchase confirmation to finish. If it still shows pending, keep the checkout reference and contact us.
- In the iPhone app: use the same FixFade account that was signed in when you bought credits. Reopen the app while online and check Credits for the transaction status. A purchase awaiting approval or verification is not yet a spendable balance.
- If the charge is confirmed: email us the purchase date, amount, Apple transaction or Stripe checkout reference, and the FixFade account you used. We can investigate delivery without charging you for another purchase.
Credits are consumable purchases. Apple’s general Restore Purchases action does not replenish spent credits; your remaining balance is recorded in your FixFade account. See Apple’s guidance on in-app purchases. For an App Store payment refund request, follow Apple’s refund instructions. Contact us about website payment or credit-delivery issues.
If a payment is refunded or revoked, its credits can be removed from the balance. Credits already spent may leave an outstanding amount that later credits cover before becoming available. This is separate from credits returned for a failed photo operation.
04 · Your photosProcessing, interrupted edits, and results
Keep the original photo. Choose the clearest scan or photograph you have, with the full print visible and as little glare as possible. FixFade produces a new result; AI can infer details differently from the original, so check faces, colors, and small details before sharing or printing.
If an edit is still processing or its status is uncertain, reconnect and check that same operation. A lost connection does not necessarily mean processing failed. Starting a new edit can create a separate operation and spend more credits.
When FixFade confirms a paid operation failed, the credits charged for that operation are returned to the shared balance. If the return is pending, keep the operation reference and check again. Contact support if the job or credit return remains unresolved. Credits being returned does not automatically submit the photo again.
For a processing problem, send the tool you used, the approximate time, any operation reference, and the error message. You do not need to attach the original photo unless we ask for it and you are comfortable sharing it for support.
05 · Account deletionRequest deletion from Account
In the iPhone app, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. If asked, sign in again using the same account. You can also email support@fixfade.com to request account or individual photo deletion.
An accepted request ends access to that FixFade account on the website and in the app. Online erasure is separate and may remain pending while active work and stored or provider-held copies are being resolved. Limited purchase, security, and deletion records may be retained. Deleting an account is not a payment refund request.
The photo collection on your device and copies saved to Photos remain under your control. Guest activity from another session is not automatically included in account deletion. For details, read our privacy policy.
06 · ContactTell us what happened
Write to support@fixfade.com with your FixFade account, whether you used the website or app, your device and app version if relevant, and the steps that led to the problem. An error message or screenshot can help. Remove any unrelated personal information before sending it, and never send passwords, sign-in codes, or full card details.
