No. Add 75 credits today, use a few tonight and save the rest for another album. Credits stay in your FixFade account until you use them.
Restore, HD Enhance and Touch-up each use 1 credit per photo edit. Animate uses 5 credits per video, including any restoration it needs. All tools draw from one balance. You decide how to use it.
Yes. Sign in to the same FixFade account on the website and in the iOS app to use one shared balance. You can add any amount again; no previous purchase is required.
No. Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel. Add more credits only when you choose to.
Credits used for confirmed failed work are returned to your balance automatically. If the result is still being checked, wait for its status before starting the same work again.
An Enhancement is a 2K upscale plus a clarity pass. A Touch-up is for precision: tell us what the restoration got wrong, like a coat's color or the lettering on a sign, and we redo exactly that.
They stay yours and they stay private. We never publish, share or train on your family photos, your originals are never altered, and you can delete everything from your account at any time.
Checkout is handled by Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment details never touch our servers, and you'll get a receipt by email.
